At the Ras Al Khaimah shipyard, Sunreef Yachts is harnessing the power of advanced robotics to enhance the production process of yacht components. This modern approach significantly increases both speed and precision in the mold production processes.
The robotic systems have been meticulously calibrated by the Sunreef Yachts team , enabling them to process components up to 30m x 6m . This level of precision is even higher than CNC machines, as robots can maneuver at more angles, providing greater flexibility in shaping materials.
While mainly used in mold production, Sunreef Yachts anticipates expanding robotic applications, further enhancing the facility’s capabilities.
