Heesen Yachts has launched YN 20555, a 55-metre steel yacht named Serena. Built on an ultra-efficient Fast Displacement Hull Form (FDFH), the yacht boasts a gross tonnage of 760 and achieves a top speed of 15.5 knots. With a transatlantic range of 4,500 nautical miles at 13 knots, Serena is designed for long-distance cruising.
Omega Architects crafted the yacht’s exterior, while Luca Dini Design and Architecture developed the interior. Serena accommodates up to 12 guests in five cabins, including an owner’s suite on the main deck with a veranda, lounge, and office space. The lower deck houses four guest staterooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom featuring unique marble finishes.
The main saloon is divided into three sections, with a bronze-finished bar serving both the main deck aft terrace and the lounge area. The sky lounge features a hammered bronze bar, a customised games table, and seating for social activities. The beach club, designed to resemble a waterside salotto, is illuminated by natural light and includes an upgraded sauna.
