From halotherapy Himalayan salt coves to meditation rooms and manicured rooftop gardens, ‘experience’ is the new luxury in the world’s top residential developments.
New residential developments worldwide are integrating unique wellness amenities typically found in luxury hotels, as a new global trend for holistic wellness increasingly blurs the line between residential living and resort-like experiences.
Chelsea NYC’s “Maverick” building, for example, features a spiritual concierge to boost residents’ mental health complete with meditation sanctuary, alongside it’s lap pool and fitness centre. Santa Monica’s “The Park” entices residents with a 1-acre rooftop park from which to enjoy the great outdoors high above the city, and San Francisco’s “Chorus” (also home to a City Ballet and Chorus Hall) boasts an American Ninja Warrior-inspired training course and high-tech amenities.
