In 1963, the Mercedes SL of the W 113 series celebrated its world premiere at the Geneva Motor Show and was immediately nicknamed the “Pagoda” due to its curved hardtop roof. To this day, the roadster is one of the most sought-after classics. German artist Jonathan von Moevinckel immortalized this rolling legend, which owners naturally prefer to drive with the folding top down, in an equally fascinating and colourful illustration.
69 PIT STOP is now offering this work as a high-quality art print on 300-gram paper. The two sizes available are 42 x 59.4 and 59.4 x 84.1 centimeters (16.53 x 23.38 and 23.38 x 33.11 inches). The Limited Edition is limited to 63 prints in both formats, in keeping with the year of this sports car's birth. Each print is personally signed and numbered by Jonathan von Moevinckel.
The art prints with the Mercedes SL “Pagoda” cost 89 or 129 euros, depending on the size selected and unframed. Orders can be placed at www.69pitstop.com .
