Amidst the luxuriant allure of pristine white sands and azure waters, the island has orchestrated a sumptuous convergence of world-renowned Champagne Lallier from France’s esteemed Aÿ region and Australia’s premier caviar producer, Yarra Valley Caviar.
From June 28 to 30, Lizard Island will become a sanctuary of gastronomic indulgence. Guests will have the privilege of attending masterclasses, tastings, and extended dining experiences that promise not only to satiate palates but also to enlighten minds. Each event is crafted to showcase the century-old vintages of Champagne Lallier alongside sustainably sourced caviar from the Yarra Valley’s only freshwater salmon farm, renowned for its commitment to premium quality.
