The Riva 56′ SportRiva is a yacht where Italian elegance and luxury meets innovative design.

“The focus of the 56′ SportRiva’s design is on the huge curved windscreen glass,” Yachting previously reported. “The windscreen panels extend across and up and over the lower helm and what looks like a secondary windscreen above is purely a contrasting decorative panel. The flybridge has its own prominent reverse-angle windscreen that challenges the flowing lines and adds a hint of aggression to the style but you reap the benefits of this screen out at sea when traveling at speed.”

Gabriela is powered by twin MAN V8-900 CRM diesel engines, producing a combined 1,800 horsepower, which will push the vessel up to a max speed of 34 knots.

Sabre Yachts 45 Salon Express: Asking Price $1.23 Million

Twin 480 hp Volvo Penta IPS650’s will quickly push the Marola, a 2020 Sabre 45’ Salon Express Yacht, to a max speed of almost 31 knots if you are trying to beat the weather or make that dinner reservation, but most of the time a leisurely 23.5-knot cruise speed is the way to go. The yacht’s modified-V hull form—with a 23-degree deadrise amidships and a 16-degree transom deadrise—flattened the bumps in a head sea and held steady in a beam sea, even when cranked to a wide-open throttle speed of 30.9 knots, as previously reported in Yachting.

The layout of the Marola consists of two staterooms with two full heads, a salon with a mid-galley, forward helm, and an aft deck with a U-shaped settee. The aft deck also has a Freedom tender lift, which holds its 2021 model AB 10-foot-6-inch tender with a 15 hp outboard motor.

Horizon PC52: Asking Price $1.595 Million

With the ability to deliver home-size volumes in an owner-operator footprint, deliver a solid bluewater ride, speed when desired and long range for cruising enthusiasts, power catamarans have hit the mainstream yachting audience in a big way in recent years. And this Horizon Power Catamarans 52 called Bonkers can do all of the above.

Bonkers is listed with The Powercat Company for $1.595 million. The 2016 build can sleep six thanks to its three-stateroom layout.

Twin 550 hp Cummins QSB 6/7 diesel engines power Bonkers, delivering an economical cruising speed of 8 knots, an 18-knot typical cruise speed and a 21-knot top-end speed. The 52-foot power cat will see a 400-nautical-mile range at 18 knots, a 1,000-nautical-mile range at 8 knots and a maximum range of 1,780 nautical miles at just under 5 knots.

Zeelander Z55: Asking Price $1.745 Million

This Dutch-built Zeelander Z55 listed with Atlantic Yacht and Ship at an asking price of $1.745 million looks like a little ship. From its proud bow to its robust, heavy-duty hardware, this express cruiser seems ready to roam.

And roam it can. Power is a pair of 900 hp Volvo Penta IPS1200 diesels that reportedly gives this 55-footer a 32-knot cruise speed and a 38-knot top hop.

Fancy, as this Z55 is called, is all about connecting guests on board to the sea and each other. Nearly 360 degrees of glass create a constant connection to the sea, bring in light to the salon and helm and provide unobstructed sightlines for the skipper. Need more natural light? There is a retractable sunroof over the helm and dinette.

Lagoon 630 Motor Yacht: Asking Price $2.35 Million

A combination of design elements come together aboard the Lagoon 630 MY Balance making it equally suited for bluewater cruising, weekend sojourns or dayboating with friends.

Optional twin 300 hp Volvo Penta D4 diesels power Balance, providing a 10-knot cruise speed, a 16-knot top-end speed and a theoretical max range of 4,800 miles at 6 knots thanks to its optional extra fuel tank, based on Yachting’s original sea trial.

“I was surprised at how well the power catamaran performed in these conditions, but really, I shouldn’t have been. The 630 MY is based on the Lagoon 620 sailing catamaran and, with more than 50 620s built, is a tried-and-true platform for open-ocean cruising,” Yachting previously reported.

Viking Yachts 68 Convertible: Asking Price $5.249 Million

This is a vessel that can cruise or fish, and that can do both in style and comfort.”Twin MTU 2000 V12 M96L diesels power Jo-Li, a 2019 Viking 68C currently listed with HMY Yachts for $5.249 million. The 68-foot sportfisherman will see a top hop of 41 knots with this setup, “a speed that any fisherman trying to beat the clock back to the docks for a weigh-in will appreciate.”

Angling enthusiasts will rejoice over Jo-Li’s 176-square-foot teak-sole cockpit, with every inch maximized for fishability, including a tackle cabinet, a bait freezer, two in-sole fish boxes, a livewell in the transom and mezzanine seating with Cruisair “Cool Breeze” A/C and refrigeration. Its high-gloss teak Release fighting chair with rocket launcher and custom rigging table further illustrate the 68C’s primary mission is chasing (and catching) big billfish.
