Sanlorenzo and Volvo Penta announce IPS collaboration for two new superyacht models Italy-based yacht builder Sanlorenzo and Volvo Penta have announced a collaboration which includes the installation of Volvo Penta’s IPS Professional Platform, to two new Sanlorenzo superyachts, the SX120 and SX132. The IPS Professional Platform is a new propulsion system offered by Volvo Penta and is designed for enhanced sustainability. Sanlorenzo and Volvo Penta showcased their plans during Boot Düsseldorf in Germany at the show’s new Blue Innovation Dock. New-build 45m Sanlorenzo Alloy superyacht sold The 44.5-metre Sanlorenzo Alloy superyacht sold, with James Corts and Frank Camarda of MarineMax Naples introducing the buyer. The Sanlorenzo Alloy yacht features exterior design crafted by Zuccon International Project, while her naval architecture stemmed from her Italy-based builder Sanlorenzo. Up to 10 guests can be accommodated across the yacht’s five sumptuous staterooms, with space for a crew of nine. Second 43m CdM flagship Deep Blue 141 superyacht sold Cantiere delle Marche (CdM) has announced the sale of a new-build 43.12-metre flagship Deep Blue 141 superyacht, in collaboration with IYC London. The Deep Blue 141 superyacht is the largest yacht in the Deep Blue series and is characterised by clean lines and a gracefully raked bow. The explorer yacht features generous volumes, with an interior volume of 499 GT.
