A customer is the most important visitor on our premises, he is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption in our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so.

About Wicked Diving
Wicked Diving is more than a dive center – we are a family
The facts: Returning to Khao Lak, Thailand after the Boxing day tsunami, diving instructors Paul Landgraver and Karin Sundelius wanted to make a difference. In 2006, they founded Wicked on the premise that safety and service can easily work hand in hand with responsible tourism. In was a tiny shop with not much more than ambition, a few set of diving equipment and a very large helping of stubbornness – the shop began. In seeking out other people who had the same concern for safety and service, new staff were found and the Wicked team grew, as did our reputation.
Our Similan Dive Center is located in Khao Lak, Thailand and serves the Similan and Surin Islands as well as local wrecks, reefs, muck diving and lake diving. We also offer an array of snorkeling and other non-diving activities from there. We sponsor one school for children of Burmese migrant workers and an orphanage for children of tsunami victims. Over the years you have helped us with more Ethicalprojects, simply by choosing Wicked Diving – as 2% of all revenue goes towards these projects.
With our passion for exploring, learning and adventure we could simply not sit still. Expeditions became a passion. Each year we offer new and different routes. Thus far we have visited Orangutang’s in their native habitats, dived active volcanoes, swam with Orcas, climbed mountains, trekked through jungles, swam in under water thermal vents, and seen some of the most amazing places on Earth and some of the most exotic marine life imaginable. Ranging from 10 days to 3 weeks, our expeditions now focus on remote Indonesia. Our upcoming itineraries include Raja Ampt, Spice Islands, Ambon, Alor, Flores, Wakatobi, Cenderawasih and Halmahera.
In 2011, our expeditions brought us to Komodo National Park – and we fell in love. Later in the year we opened our Komodo Dive Center in Labuan Bajo, Indonesia. This serves as our base for adventures through the Komodo National Park where we offer diving, snorkeling and trekking. Open from March through December this area has some of the most amazing scenery. We are currently teaching several villagers from the village of Komodo to become professional dive guides. In addition, we are teaching the aquatic program at the local vocational college – creating the next generation of snorkel and dive guides, empowering the local community.
2013 found us offering trips through Raja Ampat. While we have not opened a dive center, the area is so vast, so pristine and so rich in marine life we may be back for more!!! Currently we are working with an Indonesian organization to help distribute library books to the remote villages that we visit as part of our trips.
We continue to learn and grow – and we believe, wholeheartedly, that we are making the world a little bit better each year. We also see and interact with amazing people in amazing places and THAT is reward enough to keep doing this for years to come!
