They will also assist you, in collaboration with our team of concierges, in preparing your stays thoroughly so as to make them unforgettable.

Your time is precious, and there are so many things we can do for you. Without any charge, our concierge service is at your disposal to advise you, organize your stay and facilitate its preparation and smooth running. Our team of concierges books, among other things, restaurants, shows, and exhibitions for You attends to all your requests and is discreetly but efficiently present ... They will do everything they can to make things easier for you, working in close collaboration with your L GEM, who will remain your only contact at Grand Luxury Hotels. On some destinations, we also provide our concierge app, for an even exceptional, personalized service.
Upgrade Verified Service
A promise is valid only if it is fulfilled
In many hotels, Grand Luxury Hotels offers upgrades to members of the L Club. With our « Upgrade Verified » service, your stay will begin in the best possible way.
There are two possibilities:
Room upgrade, subject to availability at the time of check-in: if a room just above the booked category is available on your arrival, the hotel will allocate this room to you. We check with the hotel, on the day of your arrival, whether you have benefited from the upgrade (by checking the actual availability of the hotel) and we inform you immediately.
Guaranteed upgrade, subject to availability at the time of booking: Grand Luxury Hotels is committed to confirm the upgrade within 48 hours of booking.
