Welcome to the Nongsa Point Marina, a five Gold Star Marina. As the “gateway” into the Riau Islands, Nongsa Point Marina and Resort is an ideal location for weekend getaways and long stays. Its proximity to both Singapore and the many local islands enable boat owners to conveniently sail to nearby islands to relax and unwind over the weekend or pursue a wide range of boating activities such as cruising, fishing, diving, snorkeling, and island hopping.
We hope that the information provided here answers most of your questions as to where we are, how we operate, and what we can do to ensure your stay with us, be it short term or long term, is enjoyable, comfortable and safe.
The approach channel runs North South and marked by port and starboard pile beacons rising to a height of 6m and topped by green (starboard) and red (port) flashing lights. Please don’t stop while in the Marina approach channel and observe “No Wake”.
The entry channel position is 1°12’23N 104°5’775E
There is another marked channel running parallel 100m to the West.
This is the Ferry channel and is restricted. Please be very careful to ensure you enter the correct (Eastern) channel and never try to cut across from one channel to the other, be aware of very shallow waters on either side of the approach channel.
15 minutes before approaching the channel entrance, please Call VHF Radio 72 for guiding assistance.
Please use current charts. Approaching the Marina contact us on channel 72. As you get close you will see two sets of lit leads, the western leads lead into the Nongsa Pura Ferry Terminal. To enter Marina please use the easternmost leads. Please remember that the speed limit in the Marina is three knots- strictly no wash. You will be given directions by Marina staff.
