Each NAC will receive an email invitation with the PRELIMINARY ENTRY FORM to fill out the required information of the team(s) representing their country as follows:

• Number of teams in each category
• Name and date of birth of each team member
• NAC Contact Person Details
• Team Contact Person Details
• The indication of team members participating in additional events
• NAC Authorized signatory

Once the form is filled out and signed, the completed form must be sent by the NAC representative to competitions@gravitybah.com.

A confirmation will be sent once the preliminary entry is received by the Organizer. Team Captains will then be contacted by the Organizer to finalize the registration process.

DEADLINE FOR PRELIMINARY ENTRY: JULY 16, 2018

Final entries with valid details will be accepted by the Organizer within 48 hours of receiving the Preliminary Entry. Each Team Captain will receive log-in details (via email) to access the Final Entry online form to fill in additional details required by the Organizer such as: Team bio, t-shirt size and payment details.

Once all details are completed, the NAC/Team Captain will be asked to select the payment method. Online payment via credit card or bank transfers will both be accepted.

DEADLINE FOR FINAL ENTRY: SEPTEMBER 9, 2018

Any changes to the number of teams or team members can only be made by the NAC.

LATE REGISTRATION

Any registration submitted after September 12,  2018 may be accepted only if capacity allows.
