Sunseeker announces temporary staff layoffs following supply chain disruptions
British yacht builder Sunseeker International has announced temporary layoffs for a number of its employees, citing cash-flow challenges due to supply chain disruptions. The company, based in Poole, Dorset, informed affected staff of the decision last Friday, triggering strong reactions from workers' representatives and local politicians.
