First 44 metre Antonini Navi SUY 135 super yacht in-build with 2026 delivery date
La Spezia-based shipyard Antonini Navi has announced that construction has begun on the first 44-metre SUY 135 superyacht. Currently in-build at the shipyard’s facility in Italy, the Sport Utility Yacht, has been designed by Fulvio de Simoni, with naval architecture from Studio Arrabito. Cantiere delle Marche (CdM) has announced the sale of a flagship 49.9-metre Flexplorer 165 superyacht. The Flexplorer 165 yacht is the largest explorer yacht to date for the Italy-based shipyard and marks their sixth sale this year. When discussing superyacht construction, the conversation often gravitates towards the West, particularly the northern and southern European regions synonymous with yacht craftsmanship. In contrast, China's involvement in superyacht construction, while not yet at the forefront in terms of volume, has seen a slow but noteworthy increase since the 2000s.
